The following terms and conditions supersede and cancel all prior agreements, claims, representations and understandings. By placing an order with Pleasure Me, you are entering into a contract with Pleasure Me and therefore agree that you have read and understood, and agree to be wholly bound by the following terms and conditions.
- You are at least 18 years of age if you reside in Australia.
- You can lawfully enter into and form contracts under Australian law.

- You are familiar with the customs policies of your country and agree that you will be responsible for compliance with all local laws which may restrict the importation of certain goods.
- That you will be solely responsible for payment of any tax, duty, charge or impost which may be imposed or assessed by any regulatory authority on the products purchased from Pleasure Me.

- You have read and understood our Shipping Policy.
- You understand that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Pleasure Me makes no warranties of any kind whatsoever whether express or implied, and specifically no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Pleasure Me shall not be liable in any event for any damages whatsoever to the user or partner/s in respect of economic loss, loss or damage to property or injury or death to any person of whatever nature and however or wherever sustained that arises out of, or is in any way connected with the purchase or delivery of any product from Pleasure Me.
- Where any warranty cannot be excluded under the applicable legislation, Pleasure Me’s liability for breach of condition or warranty will be limited to either replacing the product or crediting the cost of the product to the user. Pleasure Me shall not be liable for any special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, losses or loss of profits relating to any product sold.
- You agree that the laws of Victoria will govern pleasure-me.com.au and the sale and purchase of any goods from this site.
- By using this site you agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this site or the sale and purchase of any goods from this site will be filed only in state or federal courts located in Victoria and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
- Pleasure-me.com.au may not be reproduced, in whole or part, or exploited in any way for any purpose that is not expressly consented to by Pleasure Me.
- Pleasure-me.com.au may be used for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner only.
- Pleasure Me shall not be liable for items lost or damaged by Australia Post.
