Pleasure-Me prefer payment by PayPal, a safe a secure way to pay online used by 150million customers worldwide. We never have access to your banking details so you can be assured your banking details are safe and will never be viewed by Pleasure-Me or any third party.
Pleasure-Me will not show up on any bank statements, instead a PayPal purchase from “online gifts” will appear.
RETURNS POLICY
Please make your selection carefully. Due to the personal nature of our products we do not exchange items once dispatched. We are unable to exchange items where you have changed your mind or that do not meet your expectations.
We will replace items which Pleasure-Me determines to be faulty. Before contacting us regarding a faulty item, we suggest you try a second set of brand new batteries and that your batteries are inserted correctly. If your item is rechargeable, please ensure it is fully charged and that you have turned it on correctly.
To return a faulty item, please contact us and return the product within 14 days of purchase.
All postage expenses relating to the return of goods must be paid for by the purchaser. Compensation for postage is not available.
